Champagne Philippe Gonet Belemnita 2009 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs: An exclusive, confidential selection of Grand Cru Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger – some planted in 1929. A demanding harvest, this cuvée owes its name to the fossils, the belemnite rostra, present in the chalky soil of the terroir, of which it is the purest expression. This wine rests for at least 10 years in our cellars and features an extra-brut dosage, guaranteeing its natural brilliance.
