Magnum. Disgorged March 2024. 8 g/l.
A warm yet still bright yellow colour to the wine.
Bubbles tiny and persistent.
Fresh and crisp despite the approximate 18 years of lees aging. Lemon floral, grapefruit with minerals and a touch of salty pastry on the nose.
Flavours are tight initially with a mellowing towards yellow fruits, floral, chalk / minerals / saline and a build up of yeasty notes as the wine warms in the glass.
