Light, clean and fresh. Still a baby. I'd say more than 10 years to enable a wonderful tasting experience.
Tight character yet bold. White fruits and floral, minerals with a light brioche and oak on the nose.
Great texture and already layered delivery of flavours with a creamy white fruit, soft red berry, pastes and even a showing of cured meats.
Scored on it's showing now, not it's potential.
