Non malo so it is bursting with fresh acidity and citrus / pastry characters. Certainly will mature well in the bottle for 5+ years.

A fresh burst of lemon / peach / sea breeze / bread on the nose. Lively with bubbles.

Flavours are lively and palate cleansing for nearly any fatty / greasy dish - I see spicy dishes currently going well with this wine. Citrus, minerals, peach, green apples, croissant flavours and more.
